Jewel Beth Davis is a theater and dance artist who has performed, directed, and choreographed productions for children and adults for thirty years. She is an Artist in Education in Theater and Movement with the NH State Council on the Arts since 1985. She studied dance for more than twenty years at schools like Boston Ballet School, the Boston Conservatory, Berkshire Ballet School, Wesleyan University and UNH. She holds a BA in Theatre from the University of New Hampshire, an MA in Movement from Wesleyan University and an MFA in Writing at Vermont College of Fine Arts. She created the theater/dance program at Upward Bound UNH and taught dance at the Dover Yoga and Pilates, UNH Summer Theater, US Dance Studios, and Camp Wingate. Jewel is especially interested in healthy alignment and dancing from the center.
